CITY CODES AND LIENS: The City Code and Liens department in our office has established a relationship with the many entities within the Cities and Municipalities in the Tampa Bay area. We work with the authorities to reduce, remove and rectify liens, code violations and permit issues. These tasks are most import in getting a tansaction closed in a timely manner.

CLOSINGS: The closers at WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Equity follow up with the title companies and lenders in a timely manner to make sure that all items are handled quickly. The tasks from requesting open title to getting the final number to buyers is what we do to make sure that there are no items left undone.
